After their collective years of working in the restaurant industry, Brandon, Jonathan, and TJ wanted to translate Filipino food into a higher end concept based on their childhood experiences. Their Mano Po concept is a progressive yet playful Filipino dinner to continue exploring and expanding the possibilities of a Filipino fine dining experience in the Portland restaurant scene. Mano Po is their gesture of respect and love for the culture and food that brought them together.
